Robert N Hartsell
Founding
Our firm was founded in 2011 by Robert N. Hartsell, Esq. as a boutique private public interest environmental and land use law firm.
Sarah McSherry
Sarah Joins Firm
In 2012, after completing her Masters in Law, Sarah H. McSherry joined the firm to litigate complex environmental Federal and Administrative litigation.
Heidi Mehaffey
Heidi Joins Firm
In 2015, Heidi Mehaffey joined the firm to expand our environmental and land use advocacy and Federal Environmental Law practice. Ms. Mehaffey developed our animal law practice litigating Fair Housing Act Claims, Emotional Support Animal accommodations, veterinarian malpractice, and Americans with Disability Act claims.

In 2017, the firm moved to a larger and more eclectic location in historic Old Town Pompano Beach.

Shai Joins Firm
In 2018, Shai Ozery joined the firm to provide additional litigation experience and to accommodate the firms growing need to assist our clientele with land use matters, corporate law, contracts, construction law and torts.
Jordan Snyder.
Jordan Joins Firm
In 2022, The firm welcomed back Jordan Snyder to our legal team.  Mr. Snyder's attention to detail is an important facet to the firm's expanding transactional work, litigation support, and 501(c)(3) compliance matters.
Howard P. Clark, III.
Howard Joins Firm
In 2023, Howard P. Clark, III joined the firm. Mr. Clark spent several years litigating difficult criminal cases for the Broward County Public Defender's Office before coming to the firm.  Mr. Clark's experience in the courtroom provides the firm additional litigation counsel for our ever increasing trial docket.
